An interesting mix of Brit’s and Filipino’s today for Aimee & Matt’s wedding day at the Raven Lodge, Mount Washington. We all went right to the top of the Mountain where there was still 3ft of snow, so those wearing flip flops were not impressed!

So Joanna and Steve all the way from Ontario came to Tofino to be married.  The weather held for them and they had their ceremony on Chesterman beach by the Wick Inn.

So last weekend I was wedding free! By design of course. I actually had a celebration for my forthcoming 40th Birthday. About 30 of my family/friends joined us on Newcastle Island for a lovely Saturday afternoon in stunning surroundings and great food.

Married at a local church, and then onto the fun shoot at Pipers Lagoon, with their reception at Nanaimo Golf Club.
